The dangers of pecan pie


Hi everyone,

Today my mom was making a pecan pie. I love pecan pie.
When she baked it the pie over flowed onto the cookie sheet we had it on. But what I did not know was that when pecan pie filling gets hard it gets very sharp.
Around most people that would not be dangerous. I'm not like most people!!)
I was washing the cooking sheet and trying to scrape the filling off with a butter knife. But I slipped and my hand hit the filling. It sliced my finger open.
So not only is pecan pie dangerous to your waistline but it is also dangerous to my fingers.
