Today my mom, my sister and I when to Walmart so the we could buy fabric for skirts.

These skirts are easy.

First you need to see how long you want the skirt to be then double the length and add 3 inches. Then fold the fabric in half and sew it into a tube. Make a pocket at the top to feed the elastic through. Feed the elastic through it. Then hem the skirt and it's done!!)
