Natural remedies--Tea


Hi everyone,
For this weeks natural remedy I am giving you my recipe for an herbal stress relieving tea.

4 Tablespoons of oat straw
2 Tablespoons of peppermint
2 Tablespoons of Spearmint
2 Tablespoons of lemon balm
1 Tablespoon of dried lemon peel

This will make 10 tea bags or 2 large pitchers of ice tea.
If you want to you can add 2 tablespoons of black or green tea to it to make it stronger. It won't be herbal tea anymore but it is still really good.
