Eggplant

Hi everyone,
last week my mom and I made eggplant parmesan for dinner. It was so good:)

Here is the reciepe.
4 eggplants
1 pot of gravy
1 bag of cheddar cheese
1 bag of mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
bread crumbs
4 eggs mixed with milk

Peal the eggplants then dip the eggplants in milk and eggs mixed together and then the bread crumbs. Then fry the eggplant. After that layer the eggplant,gravy and all the cheeses in a pan. Then bake at 350 for about an hour.
