I found out that not only is cayenne tasty on anything but it is so good for you.

- • Cayenne is a counter-irritant; it brings blood to the surface and allows the toxins to be taken away.

- • For scrofulous; dyspepsia; it's an excellent carminative.

- • Cayenne pepper is very soothing; it is effective as a poultice for rheumatism, inflammation. For sores and wounds it makes a good poultice. It is a stimulant when taken internally as well as being antispasmodic.
